Returns & Exchange Policy:



Only parts which are invoiced and supplied by Autoparts24.in are eligible for return or exchange strictly as per return policy.



In cases of wrong part refund/replacement is provided as per Autoparts24.in return policy. Wrong part is the part when the supplied part is not as per ordered part. E.g. Customer ordered part no. x and by mistake supplied part no y. If customer ordered part is matching with supplied part but in case it is not compatible for customer requirement, then it is not a wrong part supply. In such cases return / replacement / refund approved at the sole discretion of Autoparts24.in. Customer need to contact customersupport@autoparts24.in for further decision. In some cases Autoparts24.in may accept return at a nominal restocking fee of 15% of the total return value and the return transit cost will be borne by customer.



Returns, terms of refunds & exchanges are approved at the sole discretion of Autoparts24.in.



For any return initiation customer should ensure that, part is not used and intact in the original packing with all labels in place and not damaged.



In case of damaged consignment, it will be claimed under insurance by Autoparts24.in and refund will be processed accordingly.



Delivery confirmation shall be provided until the last point where the courier company, transport/postal company hands over the package at the destination area authority, security, etc. For example, if the addressee is residing in a gated community or secured area/city, the handover of a package to the respective authority shall be considered as final delivery.



The customer agrees that No charge back or refund claim shall be considered, in case of a complaint, the customer shall contact customersupport@autoparts24.in only.



The customer agrees that all disputes shall be filed under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, India only.
